Cathy’s Caramel Cream Award Winning Pie Recipe

So we sent Jeff from our Metropolitan Team on a top secret mission to sneak away just one of his wife’s secret desserts from the vault …mission accomplished!

 

Pie Crust:
1 & 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar

7 tabs melted butter

Mix this all together and add it to the pie pan.

Créme:
2-4 oz.  Jell-O Instant Caramel Pudding Mix
2-cups of cold milk
Directions:

Beat the pudding mixture with a whisk, and spoon 1/2 of the pudding mixture on to the crust.

Now, add 1/2 container of 8 oz. cool whip to the remaining pudding mixture – gently whisk until blended.

Spoon  this mix into the pie.

Top with the remaining cool whip and drizzle caramel topping (ice cream topping) on top of the cool whip.
